Vračilo kupnine

Če odstopate od naročila, vam po prejemu blaga in ugotovitvi, da je to nepoškodovano, v nespremenjeni količini in še neuporabljeno, skladno z zakonom vrnemo vsa opravljena plačila. Stroške vračila blaga pri odstopu od naročila krije kupec. Denar vrnemo takoj, ko je to mogoče, najkasneje pa v 15 dneh po prejemu sporočila o odstopu od naročila ter vrnitvi blaga. Kupec ob vračilu blaga pošlje tudi račun za blago in osebne podatke ter transakcijski račun kamor želi, da se vrne plačilo.

Refund of purchase price

If you cancel your order, we will refund all payments made in accordance with the law, once we have received the goods and found them to be undamaged, in unchanged quantity and unused. The costs of returning the goods in the event of withdrawal from the order shall be borne by the buyer. We shall refund the money as soon as possible and at the latest within 15 days of receipt of the cancellation notice and the return of the goods. When returning the goods, the Buyer shall also send the invoice for the goods and personal details and a transaction account to which he wishes the payment to be returned.

In caso di annullamento dell’ordine, rimborseremo tutti i pagamenti effettuati in conformità con la legge, una volta ricevuta la merce e constatato che è integra, in quantità invariata e non utilizzata. Le spese di restituzione della merce in caso di recesso dall’ordine sono a carico dell’acquirente. Il rimborso avverrà nel più breve tempo possibile e comunque entro 15 giorni dal ricevimento della comunicazione di recesso e dalla restituzione della merce. Al momento della restituzione della merce, l’acquirente dovrà inviare anche la fattura della merce e i dati personali e il conto della transazione su cui desidera che il pagamento venga restituito.

Ukoliko odstupite od narudžbe, nakon što primimo robu i utvrdimo da je ista neoštećena, u istoj količini i neiskorištena, vratit ćemo vam sva izvršena plaćanja sukladno zakonu. Troškove povrata robe u slučaju odustajanja od narudžbe snosi kupac. Novac vraćamo u najkraćem mogućem roku, a najkasnije u roku od 15 dana od primitka poruke o odustajanju od narudžbe i povratu robe. Prilikom povrata robe, kupac šalje i račun za robu i osobne podatke te transakcijski račun na mjesto gdje želi da mu se izvrši povrat uplate.

Wenn Sie Ihre Bestellung stornieren, erstatten wir Ihnen alle geleisteten Zahlungen in Übereinstimmung mit den gesetzlichen Bestimmungen zurück, sobald wir die Ware erhalten haben und feststellen, dass sie unbeschädigt, in unveränderter Menge und unbenutzt ist. Die Kosten der Rücksendung der Ware im Falle des Rücktritts von der Bestellung sind vom Käufer zu tragen.

Wir erstatten das Geld so schnell wie möglich, spätestens jedoch innerhalb von 15 Tagen nach Erhalt der Widerrufserklärung und der Rücksendung der Ware. Bei der Rücksendung der Waren muss der Käufer auch die Rechnung für die Waren sowie seine persönlichen Daten und das Transaktionskonto, auf das er die Zahlung zurückerstattet haben möchte, übermitteln.
